Professional Development Day for those interested in Careers in Psychology

Psych PDDThe Clinical Psychology Department is sponsoring a day of activities related to finding a career in psychology.  This will be a great opportunity for undergraduate students and alumni interested in careers in psychology to see what the Clinical Psych program is about, get career mentoring from graduate students, and speak with alumni from the program.

This Saturday, February 28


9:00-10:30, Cuvilly 6 and 7:  Finding Your Passion

10:30-12:00, Cuvilly 6 and 7:  Dr. Helen Marlo and John Tran on Building a Private Practice

12-1, lunch

1-2:30, Cuvilly 6 and 7:  John Tran and Hannah Yarrow on electronic portfolios, electronic resumes, LinkedIn, and email protocols

2:30-4:30, Library Lawn, Graduate Student booths (with information about careers in psychology, graduate school, stress management, and more
