red shoesRyan McCann’s NDNU Senior Project and My New Red Shoes are hosting a Shoe Drive to provide Bay Area homeless and lowincome children with new shoes for school! The goal is 700 pairs of shoes!
How can you help?  See the information that Ryan provides below.
Why should you help?  Ryan explains the mission of My New Red Shoes.  It is a great cause that makes a difference to many children.
What we are collecting: Brand new sneakers from children’s size 9 to adult size 16!
How:
 1)  Drop shoes at Tabard Inn (you can’t miss the large red bin)
2)  Purchase shoes online from the My New Red Shoes Amazon.com Wish list and have them mailed to My New Red Shoes. To access the wish list go to
3)  Donate online at mynewredshoes.org. Just make sure to mention Ryan McCann at NDNU in the company line!
Tax deduction: Your donations are taxdeductible!
WHY?: There are thousands of homeless children in the Bay Area. Providing the gift of new shoes in time for backtoschool not only increases their confidence to participate more fully in the school experience, but it provides a basic necessity that the family would not otherwise be able to afford. I am very proud to support our community.
My New Red Shoes serves thousands of homeless and lowincome children living in the San Francisco Bay Area every year. Each child receives a brand new pair of shoes, a $50 clothing gift card, and a special “Happy First Day!” card made by a volunteer offering support and good wishes for the new school year.
Thank you so much for your support of this partnership! Please contact me at r.e.mccann@gmail.comfor more information.
