Happy New Year! We hope that you are enjoying a wonderful holiday season and well-earned rest as you finish your preparations for spring semester. Please see the reminder below from the Registrar and Business Offices, which they sent to all students last month. Also, don’t forget to get your textbooks and syllabi for your spring courses!

Spring 2013 Registration & Payments
SPRING 2013 PAYMENT DEADLINE: JANUARY 4, 2013

1) CLEAR ALL HOLDS

· Login to your NDNU Campus Portal/Student tab.

o If you have a hold, follow up with the indicated office to clear the hold.

o Your Fall ‘12 balance must be less than $2,500 in order to register.

o Past due balances prior to Fall ‘12 must be paid in full prior to registering for Spring.

2) MEET WITH YOUR ADVISOR

3) REGISTER

4) PAY

· Payment or payment arrangements must be communicated with the Business Office by the due date in order to avoid a $150 Late Payment Penalty Fee.

· Payment or payment arrangements can consist of (or a combination of):

Ø Payment in full with cash, check or credit card.

Ø Full financial aid that is verified and approved by the NDNU Financial Aid Department.

o Verified and Approved means that all required processes and documents have been received and certified by the Financial Aid Department.

Ø Installment payment plan with TMS (Tuition Management Systems – http://www.afford.com) that is verified and approved by the Business Office.

Ø Employer Deferred Plan – Form and payment must be submitted to Business Office by the payment arrangement deadline (each semester requires a separate form).

REGISTRATION AFTER January 4, 2013:

· Students registering during this period are required to communicate payment or payment arrangements with the Business Office at the time of registration to avoid a $150 Late Payment Penalty Fee.
