Welcome to your week-long break between terms!  Make sure that you use this time to get your syllabus for Term II, do your first night assignment, and make an appointment for spring advising!

If your schedule allows, the following are some opportunities to get involved in community activities on campus:

Thanksgiving in the park.  Join other students for the 20th annual communal meal for all people and their pets.  On the lawn at the east end of Golden Gate park on Thanksgiving morning.  Help is also needed two evenings prior in the kitchen.  Contact jaguirre@student.ndnu.edu or keniasalgado37@yahoo.com.

Dia de Los Muertos mass.  Thursday, November 1st, 7pm in the Chapel.  Face painting before Mass, pan de muerta and hot chocolate to follow.  Bring a picture of deceased loved ones.

Not For Sale Conference to End Human Trafficking.  Thursday and Friday November 1 and 2.  RSVP to jmcgarry@ndnu.edu.  See also http//www.notforsalecampaign.org
